Dynamic DNS Configuration
Dynamic DNS (DDNS) is an Internet service that allows routers with varying public IP addresses to be located using Internet domain names. To use DDNS, you must setup an account with a DDNS provider such as DynDNS.org, TZO.com or Oray.net.
The router firmware includes software that notifies dynamic DNS servers of changes in the WAN IP Address, so that the services running on this network can be accessed by others on the Internet.
WAN Mode
This section displays the currently configured WAN mode: Single WAN Port, Load Balancing or Auto Rollover.
WAN1/WAN2
From the Select the Dynamic DNS Service from the list choose the DDNS provider and fill in the respective fields of that DDNS provider. Selecting None will disable DDNS on the WAN1/WAN2 ports and the section heading will read: (DDNS Status: service is not enabled!) to reflect the status.
The links DynDNS Information, TZO Information and Oray Registration point to the websites of the respective DDNS providers and are provided for your convenience.
