IF UPGRADING FROM FIRMWARE earlier than 1.03.00, The UPGRADE should be over the Ethernet port, not over the wireless port, to avoid the possibility of corruption.
- When uploading software to the router, DO NOT interrupt the Web browser by closing the window, clicking a link, or loading a new page. An interrupted Web browser may corrupt the software.
- Deutsch! Diese Firmware darf in Deutschland und �sterreich (Annex B Regionen) nicht benutzt werden!

Upgrade Instructions
- Download using the button below to a convenient place such as your desktop.
- Connect your coputer to the router using a ethernet cable, using a browser, login to the router (the default URL is http://192.168.0.1). The user name is admin, and the default password is password.
- Under Maintenance, click Router Upgrade
- Click Browse and locate the file which you just downloaded and extracted: dg834(G)_V1.05.00.img
- Click Upload.
- Wait for the upgrade progress bar to complete and final prompt to appear.
If the upgrade fails, see Recover Utility.
