- After XS724EM is upgraded to firmware version V1.0.0.8 or later, it does not work with Plus Utility version prior to V2.7.2.

Firmware Update Instructions:
Warning:
- If updating firmware from version 1.0.0.6 or earlier, then this upgrade will involve a chipset driver update which will take between 8 and 10 minutes. Do not interrupt the upgrade process during this time. The switch will reboot automatically after the upgrade process is completed.
- After upgrading the firmware to v1.0.1.1 or a newer version from the version prior to v1.0.1.1, the current password will reset to default.
