Known Issues
- Occasionally Intel Centrino wireless adapter loses connection to the router, it will either auto-reconnect, or require a manual reconnect.
NETGEAR recommends customers to use Windows configuration utility, instead of Intel ProSet utility or ThinkAdvantage Access Connection utility.
- Sometimes a wireless PC does not show up in the "Attached Devices" page in the GUI the first time, requiring a few refresh.
- NOKIA E70 phone cannot register to ON DO SIP server
- The Basic Settings page has a “Service” field, it does not allow space in the name.
- Even if setting the PPPoE or PPTP as “Manually Connect”, the router will still automatically connect to Internet upon outbound request.
- The router might experience disconnection from the Internet with Australia BigPond Internet service and require a manual re-connection, this is due to the "heartbeat" requirement by BigPond. This requirement is now obsolete by BigPond.

Maximum wireless signal rate derived from IEEE Standard 802.11 specifications. Actual data throughput will vary. Network conditions and environmental factors, including volume of network traffic, building materials and construction, and network overhead, lower actual data throughput rate.
