Known Issues:
- Clients fail to reach to the Internet when connected to a NAT mode SSID with non-default management VLAN and URL filtering enabled.
- Channel width of an SSID configured with the 160MHz channel width changes to 80MHz if a radar event is detected. All channels may not be shown on the UI.
Workaround: Manually set the channel width to 160MHz.
- Some clients may experience connectivity issues on 5GHz higher band channels and may switch to 2.4GHz band.
Workaround: Configure 5GHz lower band channels.
- Some iOS devices with specific iOS versions might fail to connect to a WPA3 enterprise SSID.
Workaround: Upgrade the device to the latest iOS version.
- Some clients might not display a pop-up window when connecting to a guest SSID, or there might be a delay before the splash page displays.
Workaround: Use a web browser to access the Internet.
- An Intel Wireless AC 9560 client on the Windows 10 operating system might fail to connect when both PMF and 802.11r are enabled on the SSID.
Workaround: Disable PMF.
- aplogin.com and aplogin.net might not redirect to the login page on some Android clients with specific Chrome browser versions.
Workaround: Enter the access point's IP address to access the login page.
- Some older generation iOS devices with iOS version 14.4.2 might fail to connect to an SSID using WPA3 Personal security.
Workaround: Change the SSID security to WPA3/WPA2 Personal.
