Bug Fixes:
- Fixes a security vulnerability during the firmware update. The access point used HTTP and TFTP protocols to download the new firmware. This was modified to use secured HTTPS and SFTP protocols.
- Fixes the issue where the DHCP server configuration in router mode could allocate the IP address to a maximum of 100 clients only. The DHCP server pool amount was increased to 255.
- Fixes the incorrect transmitted packet count on the statistics page.
- Fixes the issue where the WiFi driver does not update channel configuration when the channel width and channel are changed at same time. The driver not updating the configured channel after reboot was also fixed.
- Fixes the issue where the traffic distribution pie chart disappears from the Dashboard.
- Improves the stability of the firmware. Fixes multiple application crashes and user interface hang issues.
- Updates the PoE power class as ‘0’ for both the WAC510 and WAC505 access points in the LLDP configuration. This helps the access point to fetch the correct power from PoE enabled switches.
Known Issues:
- While using the Facebook Wi-Fi feature, there is an auto pop-up issue with some iOS devices and devices with old android versions. Some iOS devises and some Android devices may not pop up the Facebook Authentication page. User need to launch the web browser to get the Authentication page.
- May need to clear the web browser cache to get the latest web management interface changes after upgrades to a newer firmware version.
