New Features and Enhancements:

• Support for Tri-band fronthaul  when Ethernet backhaul is used. Since the third radio is not being used for data backhaul, it becomes available as a fronthaul radio with assignable SSID.

Known Issues:

• The Orbi Pro is discoverable from the Insight mobile app only when the mobile device is connected to the Orbi Pro router SSID.

  Workaround: If the Insight mobile app fails to discover the Orbi Pro router on the network, try one of following:

  1. Move closer to the Orbi Pro router, disconnect then re-connect to Orbi Pro router.
  2. Add the serial number with QR code or manually type in the serial number.
• When editing particular SSID configurations, the wireless clients and any Orbi Pro satellites associated to any of the SSIDs are disconnected momentarily and then will reconnect to the Orbi Pro.

If the Orbi Pro is connected to the Insight cloud, perform a firmware update through the firmware schedule policy, or perform a manual device firmware update using the Insight mobile app or local web GUI.
