This release notes contains features and known issues for GS752TXS 5.2.0 firmware.

GS752TXS is NETGEAR’s new generation of Gigabit Stackable Smart Switch with new or enhanced features. GS752TXS supports 48 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ45 ports and 4 10Gbps SFP+ ports within which two ports (port 51 and 52) can be used as stacking ports or as uplink ports.

GS752TXS supports the latest Smart Control Center, please use SCC version 1.1.2.1 for switch discovery, basic configuration and FW upgrades.

Warning: This firmware image v5.2.0.20 cannot be used on GS728TXS. It may render the switch unoperational.

Known issues:

• Some elements breaks in GUI after click elements while the page has not fully loaded.
• Dual Image: GUI (web client) does not response correctly after activate the image via IE8
  -     This issue may be caused a known issue of MS IE8. For other browser, the issue doesn’t exit. 
• No stack firmware synchronization logs on trap log when the stack firmware is in synchroning.
• Cable test: the test result is incorrect when the counterpart port is disabled.
• All learned MAC addresses are cleared when try to clear one specific MAC address.
• Cannot get MAC address of the StackMembers in stacking switch.
• ACL should support log when matching deny action.

Limitations:

• Stacking SFP+ ports can only work with 10G mode, 1G mode is not supported.
• The DUT will auto-reboot to apply the new txt configuration after downloading it successfully.
