Please refer to the following documents before upgrading your firmware. It is very important to follow the upgrade process documented due to changes in firmware and boot code.
- SCC 1.1 release notes
- Upgrading GS108Tv2 and GS110TP from 5.0.1.x to 5.0.2.x
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed the problem that some of ACL IP Extended rules disappear after rebooting the device.
- Fixed the problem that the switch sends user priority 6 to IP phone, but it displays 0 in LLDP-MED Network Policy (System > LLDP > Advanced > LLDP-MED Network Policy).
- Fixed the problem that the device in management VLAN100 is not able to communicate with devices in other VLANs or other devices on the Internet after running over about 6 to 8 hours.
- Fixed the problem that the switch does not try to obtain time from SNTP server anymore if the SNTP server is rebooted. When this happens, status of "Kiss of Death" is shown in the "Last Attempt Status" column of SNTP Server Status under System > Management > Time > SNTP Server Configuration page.
Known issues:
- While the link is up, port cannot be removed from a VLAN if it is also member of a LAG.
Workaround: Remove the link or remove the port from the LAG first.
- After setting the maximum number of allowed static locked MAC address to zero (under Security > Traffic Control > Port Security > Interface Configuration), no static MAC address can be added even when port security is disabled.
Workaround: Change back the "Max Allowed Statically Locked MAC" from 0 to 20.
