Download the hotfix file and save it to your desktop. This hotfix can only be downloaded on a Windows PC.
Double click the program “c3700_vpn-pass_hotfix_cmd-011B1.exe”
If you keep the default “password”, you should get the following result.
Then the unit reboots automatically.
In case, you changed the password to something else.
It prompts the follow message asking for the correct password (password1)
Then, you should get a similar result as step 1
Troubleshooting:
Please capture the DOS windows if you got ret= N (where N is not 0), for example
